The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Alexander Xavier Mooney, Mooney for Congress 2022, refunded $2,500 to Rusty Beard on March 27, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Mooney for Congress 2022 has refunded $2,500 total since Oct. 1, 2020.
