WV Hands and Voices is Excited to Be Back in Person!

We are pleased to welcome friends and families of deaf or hard of hearing children from across West Virginia to celebrate in person with us at our annual picnic on August 27th at Coonskin Park in Charleston. The afternoon will be full of not just food and fun, but also the opportunity to meet other families of DHH children and learn about services and resources available to your family.
