"In 2018, 36% of adolescents had persistent feelings of sadness or hopelessness. Kids ought to be able to access robust mental health resources. Thats why, with only 13 days left in 2022, I call on Congress to pass the Restoring Hope for Mental Health and Well-Being Act."
