Jefferson Co, traffic advisory, traffic light outages. All that's known at this time is that traffic lights on East Washington St & Rt 340 North from the Hollywood Casino entrance to the intersection near Walmart, as well as those in Charles Town proper, are out, and there may be more. Following a wide power outage in the area, a loud explosion was reported in the area of the Marlow Rd intersection. DOH and the power co have been notified. No ETR has been provided yet. PLEASE TREAT THESE INTERSECTIONS AS 4-WAY STOPS!
